How long does a custom pair take?
Every pair is hand-painted to order, then passes a color check and a final quality check before it ships. Painting takes 5-7 business days, and tracked delivery takes 7-15 business days to most countries.
Where is my order?
Enter your order number and email on Track Your Order. We email your tracking link as soon as your pair ships.
Which size should I pick?
Order your usual size for the shoe model. Not sure? Send us the size you wear in another brand before you order.
Can I return or exchange a custom pair?
Because every pair is painted just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. [YOUR RETURN TERMS]. Our refund policy has the full details.
Can I request my own design?
Yes. Choose "Custom design request" in the form above and share your idea, shoe model and size. We'll reply with a price and timeline.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 39 countries with tracking. Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by your country and paid on delivery.
