At Sneakcares, we pride ourselves on shipping high-quality, hand-painted custom sneakers to customers all over the world. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All sneakers are made to order. Once your payment is confirmed:
We immediately begin the custom production process.
Processing time takes approximately 4 weeks, depending on order volume and design complexity.
We do not provide finished products — each item is made specifically for you.
2. Shipping Time
Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped via our trusted courier partners.
Estimated shipping time:
Indonesia (Domestic): 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 2–14 business days (may vary depending on destination)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays. 3. Shipping Rates
We have covered the shipping costs for you, so you don't need to worry about paying shipping costs.
However, there are some things you need to know, the product price does not include customs taxes in each country, you may be charged by customs in each country, it varies.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with reputable logistics and courier services to ensure reliable delivery, including:
JNE / J&T / SiCepat (for domestic)
DHL / FedEx / EMS / Standard International (for international)
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
5. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at sneakcares.team@gmail.com before your order is shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered by the courier. If there is any damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos and details.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but please note that claims are subject to the courier's investigation policy.
7. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track the shipping status of your order in real-time.
